Setting up an online fundraiser is easy

Here’s how.

Choose a platform

There are a number of online platforms you can use to set up your fundraiser. We recommend using Givebutter - you can set up your campaign at the bottom of this page.

Set a target and make a personal contribution

Choose a realistic - but ambitious - target and deadline. To make it more engaging, share examples of the impact that your chosen amount can have (contact our team if you’re not sure). Show your commitment and inspire others to give by making a modest personal donation.

Personalize the page

Make your fundraising page as personal as possible - remember that your friends and family are mostly giving out of their support for you. Share what this cause means to you personally, and why you were inspired to fundraise for us. 

Share it with your network

Share the page widely on your social media, but also don’t shy away from sending the link directly with friends or family along with a personal message. Finally, remember to thank each donor for their gift, and share when you’ve hit your target.
